Aaron Clark Photography is one of the preferred photographers at Dogwood Canyon just south of Branson, Missouri. We have photographed many weddings there over the last 15 years and it is always a treat. There are so many beautiful waterfalls, bridges, flowering trees in the spring, and of course the 2 creeks that merge mid-canyon. There are SO many beautiful spots that we love using!
WHY WE LOVE DOGWOOD CANYON
Dogwood Canyon is an outdoor-lover’s paradise. It is difficult to find a time of the year that the canyon isn’t displaying some sort of beauty. Even winter landscapes there are easy on the eyes. Most couples choose to use the rustic log chapel for their wedding, but others prefer to host their ceremony at the foot of a couple of gentle waterfalls. Any of those options are beautiful. The Ozarks region is truly blessed with some incredible scenery and Dogwood Canyon is worth a visit even if a wedding isn’t in your plans.

As you might imagine, there are any number of gorgeous locations and backdrops in Dogwood Canyon. There are numerous waterfalls, rocky crags, open meadows and even a cave. There are also the unexpected deep green and depth that allow us to get some incredibly dynamic images. Below are some of our favorites!
