Wedding Film and Photography
This amazing couple hosted their fairytale wedding at Big Cedar Lodge and we were thrilled to be chosen as their photographer and videographer! With most of their party being local, it made for one large, fun-loving group that required three (two photographers and a videographer) of our crew to do the job right!
After we spent the day with Jourdon and Gregory and really got a good vibe for the couple, we opted to use a more untraditional song for their highlight film. We love when we can find opportunities to customize our product to more closely match our clients - and we love it even more when they love it just as much as us! Jourdon and her ladies enjoyed the private room at Cedar Creek Spa. It’s one of our favorite places for pre-wedding photos because of the natural beauty and light on the property.
Gregory and his groomsmen used one of the suites at Big Cedar Lodge to do their pre-wedding prep work. We won’t go into too much detail here, but see the video above for the Tito’s action…
Jourdon and Gregory had an intimate ceremony at the chapel at Top of the Rock and opted not to do a first look. People ask about whether or not they should do a first look all of the time. It’s 100% up to the couple. We’ve experienced some of the most beautiful moments with both! It’s your day. Enjoy it the way you want to - let us worry about capturing it in the right way.
Following the ceremony, our photographers rushed the couple out of the chapel to tour the Big Cedar property and get some incredible pictures.
While one photographer was out shooting photos with the couple, the second photographer headed to the ceremony to get some setup shots.
The reception was held on the lawn at Big Cedar Lodge with large white tents. The Mixtapes - a popular local cover band - were hired to keep the party going and they did a great job!
